Aside from that, the video you posted is also cool. One thing I would like to ask is did you consider that a large pelagic fish or shark may actually eat the capsule. In the Hawaiian chain, large tiger sharks are prone to this kind of danger by mistaking objects for food. Curious to hear what you have to say about this thought.
