66% More Bluefin Last Year Says NOAA

HMS/NOAA's bluefin tuna landings report to June 30th shows more bluefin were caught last year, 707 in 2009 versus 472 this year so far. That's a 66% decrease. I have heard reports that the quantities are still there, but the bigger fish are showing less. I will try and dig up more on this report and get some inside scoop.
