Man vs. Tuna, A Fair Fight

This is one of my favorite videos of all time.  Take notice of the small things like the white feather jigs, leather harness belt and the small rail guard keeping these guys from falling into the waves with the tuna and sharks.  I also love the WWII like helmets these guys wore.  Stay with the video for the first few minutes and wait for the bigger tuna to start coming over the rail.  Truly amazing.  In our day of ultra modern fishing equipment both recreational and commercially, these guys make us look stupid.  I also love the in-water rail they fish from, they are basically in the water, taking waves while fighting the tuna.  This hand to hand, pole style of fishing is one of the fairest fights I have seen.  Let us know what you think.....enjoy and Happy New Year!
