Named the "Bluefin Gladiator" by Surfing Magazine, won award

I am excited to announce that Surfing Magazine named me the "Bluefin Gladiator" in their most recent January issue, page 26. Surfing ran a contest in their previous GREEN issue looking for everday people who are making a difference with the environment. I answered the call and submitted our site; SaveTheBluefin. So Evan Slater, Editor of SURFING Magazine and his team was awesome to recognize the value in what is going on here and awarded me a care package from one of my favorite companies called Sector9. Sector9 makes some of the coolest skateboards around, and is known for pioneering the longboard on wheels. You can check out this video of me longboarding on a long - skateboard to see how fun these boards can be. So I am really psyched if that means more people will be exposed to this pressing issue and join the site to voice their concern and support. Most of all thanks to all the members who have already signed up here, as every voice and article counts to help save this wonderful tuna. Here's what the kind folks at Surfing Mag published;

BTW - great work over at Garden & Gun Magazine. What a quality read. Not that I am surprised with you and Sid at the helm but I really enjoyed the 2 issues you sent up.
