NMFS Closes Giant Bluefin Category For Anglers

NMFS just closed the Angling Category for large medium and giant bluefin from Great Egg Inlet, New Jersey North effective July 18th. The announcement below. This means anglers cannot fish or take giants that are 73" or greater. However anglers can fish for all other size classes, retain under the limits one fish and can catch, tag and release all others.
