USA Bluefin receational Fishery...Angling category
Hi John, if you can? make time to go to the NMFS HMS AP meeting beginning on May 11th for 3 days. An agenda is published ahead of time, when I get you a copy I could send it to you. It appears (not formally released yet) that the USA angling category is over by an enormous amount.
Your care program can help control this if the scope was re-enforced by NMFS. I would speak on your behalf and could also get some other AP's on your side also. No harm in trying. Ralph

Meetings are in Washington, not the same as public hearing meetings
