Thank you John. Looking forward to tagging bluefin tuna this season! I have tagged striped bass in the past, but this will be our first year tagging bluefin tuna. We see so many while fishing outer Cape Cod, it will be great to assist in attaining information on their behavior, etc.
Hi john, thank you for this opportunity to contribute. I would like to tag fish for you, please send me the info and i will be happy to begin the process.
John...great to meet you too and glad the Shore Catch Team it doing you guys well. Looking forward to tagging a few BFT...hope you will enjoy No Surrender again soon!
Hi John. Thanks for the warm welcome. So far, In my home waters of the Western Long Island Sound (along teh NY / CT border) I've mainly fished for striped bass ... and am known as the "Striper Whiz Kid" having landed, measured, tagged, weighed and released 938 stripers through the end of this fall, so I'm looking forward to hitting the 1,000 mark in the spring / summar of 2012. Feel free to cehck out my fishing directory website www.nyctfishing.com (and about me by clicking on the links in the yellow box entiteld MORE ABOUT RICHARD on the bottom right side of the homepage of my website). As far as tuna fishing goes, good friends of ours recently bought a house in Cape Cod so I'm looking forward to A LOT of tuna fishing starting next summer and am eager to do my part helping by tagging and releasing them. Tight lines, Richard
Thanks John! More than happy to participate. Looking forward to tagging a few more this week as we have our 2 final trips of the season down here. Hope we can tag a bunch over the summer up in Jersey as well! Talk to you soon!
